Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a complimentary video consultation from the comfort of your own home. You will meet directly with your surgeon — not a sales coordinator — to discuss your goals, review your medical history, and explore what is realistically achievable. We will provide a detailed treatment plan, transparent pricing, and answer every question you have. There is no obligation and no pressure.
Travel & Arrival
Once you confirm your procedure, your personal coordinator takes over the logistics. We arrange your airport pickup in a private vehicle, check you in to your luxury accommodation in Ipanema or Leblon, and provide a full orientation — local restaurants, pharmacies, emergency contacts, and a SIM card with a Brazilian number. You arrive with everything you need and nothing to worry about.
Pre-Procedure Visit
The day before your procedure, you visit our clinic for a final in-person consultation. Your surgeon reviews your treatment plan with you face-to-face, conducts any remaining assessments, and walks you through exactly what to expect. You will also meet your anaesthesia team and tour the operating facility. This visit is about confidence and trust — by the time you leave, you will feel fully prepared.
Your Procedure
On the day of your procedure, you arrive at our JCI-accredited facility where our team is waiting for you. Every member of your surgical team has been briefed on your specific case. The facility meets the highest international standards for safety, sterilisation, and emergency preparedness. Your coordinator will keep your designated contact updated throughout the day so your loved ones are never left wondering.
Recovery & Aftercare
After your procedure, you recover in a private suite with dedicated nursing staff. Over the following days, your surgeon conducts daily check-ins to monitor your progress. We provide everything you need for a comfortable recovery — prescribed medications, compression garments, lymphatic drainage massage sessions, and nutritious meals delivered to your door. When you are ready, your coordinator can arrange gentle outings so you can enjoy Rio while you heal.
Return Home
Before you depart, your surgeon conducts a final assessment and provides comprehensive written aftercare instructions. We arrange your airport transfer and ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable flight home. But our care does not end at the airport — you will have scheduled video follow-ups with your surgeon at regular intervals, plus a direct WhatsApp line to our medical team for any questions that arise during your continued recovery.
